We’ll talk through what you’re navigating, what the actual decision is, and whether behavioral intelligence would change anything about how you make it. If it would, we’ll figure out which tool fits. If it wouldn’t, we’ll tell you that too.

There’s no minimum engagement, no retainer to sign before we talk, and no pressure to buy anything on the first call. The free DISC is always the right place to start if you’re not sure.

How long does a typical engagement take?
Depends on the tool. A DISC profile is immediate. A Partnership Passport™ delivers within 5-7 business days. The Acquisition Compatibility Score™ takes 2-3 weeks. We’ll scope it clearly in the first conversation.
Do I need to have done a DISC before working with Arthena?
No — but we’ll usually start there. The DISC Individual Assessment is the behavioral foundation for everything else. It takes 10 minutes and you can do it before we even speak.
Do you work with individuals or organizations?
Both. Individual founders who want to understand a potential partner. Organizations doing acquisition due diligence. HR teams evaluating key hires. The tools are designed to work at any scale.
What if I’m not sure what I need?

Is everything confidential?
