What is the ACIP™ certification?

The Arthena Certified Intelligence Practitioner™ designation is a certification for professionals who want to deliver the full Behavioral Blueprint™ methodology to their own clients and organizations.

This is not a reseller program. It’s a licensing and training framework. ACIP™ practitioners are trained on the full methodology, licensed to deliver Arthena’s proprietary tools, and held to a standard of practice that protects the integrity of the intelligence they deliver.

The goal isn’t volume. It’s a network of practitioners who are genuinely equipped to deliver this work at the level it deserves — in partnership and acquisition advisory, executive coaching, HR leadership, and organizational consulting.
